DATAExpress VIEW is PSC's secure, online viewing, archival and storage solution for viewing actual statements, letters, correspondence, invoices, or any documents produced by PSC online and in real time, 24 hours a day. DATAExpress View creates an electronic repository of your document library as well as any data generated from your system including reports, documents, and more.
DATAExpress VIEW features include the following:
- Secure file transmission capabilities (i.e. uploading jobs).
- Creation of electronic replicas of documents for storage in an online Internet based archive, to be accessed by customer service personnel for viewing and distribution on an ad-hoc basis.
- Real-time production tracking information of mailing projects at any given time, indicating the production status of a project/job.
- Production Management Controls providing the ability to start, stop, or update a job during the production process.
- Viewable reports of specific jobs on demand such as number of pieces mailed, postage reports, and job history reports to monitor vendor production performance.
- Print On-Demand program for special statements/letters that must be faxed to the consumer within hours of being requested. Through DATAExpress VIEW, letters and statements can be downloaded for same-day faxing to the consumer.
