SearchAmerica and PSC Info Group Announce Partnership
Integration enhances print and mail capabilities
VALLEY FORGE, PA June 23, 2003 - A new partnership between SearchAmerica, an innovative online search service for healthcare and debt recovery organizations, and PSC Info Group, a leading provider of document and information management services, will provide automated address verification for the DATAExpress print and mail services provided by PSC. Via this partnership, SearchAmerica's demographic information can be accessed directly through the PSC DATAExpress Service Bureau to automate the address correction process, thus enhancing the entire print and mail service.
Through this partnership, SearchAmerica provides enhanced capabilities to PSC's DATAExpress print and mail process, an electronic data, print and mail solution for patient statements, collection letters, invoices and other time-sensitive communications. During the print and mail process, PSC verifies address accuracy by using the National Change of Address (NCOA) or the Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS). These two systems are often able to identify an address error, but unable to correct it. Prior to this partnership, if a document did not have accurate mailing information, the document was returned to the organization where staff would spend valuable time researching to find updated information. Now, if an address is deemed undeliverable, PSC is able to automatically access SearchAmerica's demographic information, correct the undeliverable addresses and mail the document.
"We are pleased to provide this enhanced service to our customers," said Mark Snow, vice president of business development, PSC Info Group. "By integrating SearchAmerica's demographic information into our DATAExpress service, we will be able to improve the deliverability of our customer's documents and reduce their operational costs. This service will reduce our client's return mail and eliminate the staff time spent searching for accurate mailing information."
An additional benefit of this partnership is the ability to send undeliverable mail directly to PSC, where it is quickly scanned, verified through SearchAmerica and re-mailed with the updated information. "Our partnership with PSC Info Group offers a new level of service and efficiency to customers using print and mail," said Daniel Johnson, president and CEO, SearchAmerica. "Integrating our demographic verification with print and mail services reinforces our commitment to providing quality solutions to help customers reduce returned mail, lower bad debt, and ultimately increase their return on investment." SearchAmerica has a proven history of helping customers in the healthcare and debt recovery industries improve billing process efficiency and enhance their overall financial performance.
