IBS-PSC Info Group Sign Partnership Agreement to Offer Letter Generation and Information Management Services to Financial Institutions

New London, NH June 14, 2004 - Intelligent Banking Solutions has signed a partnership agreement
with PSC Info Group, a leading provider of collection letter generation and information management
services for the financial services industry.
"We formed the relationship with PSC Info Group because they offer services that our client base and our prospects have been asking about over the past several months," said Charlie Bowden, senior vice president for sales and marketing at IBS, a leading provider of collections and recovery solutions to financial institutions.
"Our goal has always been to try to find solutions or services that respond to our client's demands." The IBS software solutions are geared to collections departments and financial institutions, specifically banks and credit unions. Bowden said these departments often spend a lot time sending out delinquent notices, invoices and demand letters that are similar or the same in nature. While the IBS system can handle this function, oftentimes it makes more sense to outsource based on sheer volume.

Our relationship with IBS creates a gateway between their comprehensive collections and recovery software solutions and our proven data management and print and mail solutions. Even though some institutions have smaller collection departments, there may be a need for other departments, he said. "We view partnerships as a way to grow our company.
