Bankruptcy and Deceased Processing
The Deceased Search uses the Social Security Administration (SSA) Death Master file and other proprietary databases for SSN/Name matching. SSN is not required for a deceased match. Bankruptcy matching uses a proprietary database with several different match types available. The matching can be done on a combination of first name, last name, address, or SSN.
Phone Append
The Phone Append service checks the name, address, and if available, phone number for an account against multiple databases available from information collection sources. This information can provide confirmation of a provided phone number, a correction to a provided phone number, or if no phone number was provided, the phone number listed as the match to the database. These updates are provided in an electronic file, which can be provided daily, weekly, or immediately, if requested.
