EDA - Electronic Directory Assistance
EDA can update, confirm, or alert to a mismatch for the phone, and with the Reverse Phone Lookup, the address. All information is provided electronically.
Bankruptcy and Deceased Processing
The deceased search uses the Social Security Administration (SSA) Death Master file and other proprietary databases for SSN/Name matching. SSN is not required for a deceased match. Bankruptcy matching uses a proprietary database, and there are several different match types available. The matching can be done on a combination of first name, last name, address, and SSN.
Phone Append
The Phone Append service checks the name, address, and if available, the phone number for an account against multiple databases that are available from information collection sources. This information can provide confirmation of a provided phone number, a correction to a provided phone number, or if no phone number was provided, the phone number listed as the match to the database. These updates are provided in an electronic file which can provided daily, weekly, or immediately if requested.
PSC Info Group and the USPS Product CONFIRM® lets you know the "Check is Really In The Mail." Letters and statements go out; payments come in. PSC clients can track their first class mail and their cash flow - with CONFIRM®. A product of the US Postal Service (USPS), CONFIRM® allows the client to uniquely identify and track outgoing notices and invoices and incoming payments through the postal system.

Mailstream Confirmation Online. CONFIRM® works by tracking a PLANETTM Code barcode, added by PSC to the front of the mail, above the recipient address. When the mail reaches USPS processing equipment, the PLANET code is scanned along with the standard POSTNET Code, providing information about the processing facility, operation number, processing date and time. This information is available electronically to you almost immediately via the PSC website.
Destination CONFIRM®. Destination CONFIRM® service alerts clients when their outgoing mail - a letter, statement, invoice or other collection document - is about to be delivered. With this advanced notice, clients can synchronize telemarketing and identify trends that help measure delivery times within specific regions of the country.
Origin CONFIRM®. Origin CONFIRM® service provides advance notice of incoming reply mail, allowing clients to anticipate and manage cash flow and accounts receivable more effectively, and reduce costs associated with multiple collection notices.
