DATAExpress VIEW is PSC’s secure, online archival and storage solution for viewing actual letters, statements, correspondence, invoices, or any documents produced by PSC online and in real time, 24 hours a day. DATAExpress VIEW creates an electronic repository of your letter library as well as any data generated from your system including reports, documents and more.
DATAExpress VIEW lets you service customers more efficiently and with greater satisfaction:
- Secure file transmission capabilities (i.e. uploading jobs).
- Creation of electronic replicas of documents for storage in an Internet based electronic archive, to be accessed by customer service personnel for viewing and distribution on an ad-hoc basis.
